Liquid culture
Sixty expansion tanks support large-scale, consistent production.
Liquid culture, oak substrate and full-process traceability provide stable supply for growers and wholesalers in China and overseas.

Fruiting Blocks
Our fruiting blocks are made on a fully enclosed aseptic automated line, covering loose-substrate sterilization and cooling, liquid inoculation, precision forming and grid-based intelligent incubation. Compared with traditional processes, the source reports 95.7% time savings, 71.2% labor savings, 90.4% less chemical use, no contamination and a 75.1% shorter colonization period.
Sixty expansion tanks support large-scale, consistent production.
Supports stable fruiting and firm, thick mushrooms.
Mature blocks and other cultivation stages are available.
Rolling schedules and phased delivery support long-term customers.

Product Advantages
01 · Stable
Temperature-controlled expansion supports consistent colonization and uniform fruiting within each batch.
02 · Fast
Blocks are formed in four hours and fully colonized in 12 days, shortening the colonization period by 75.1%.
03 · Short Lead
Daily capacity of 100,000 blocks supports faster scheduling and reliable bulk delivery.
Strain Selection
Choose a strain for its fruiting temperature, culture age, market qualities and production schedule. Open a card for full strain details.
Premium summer strain · large caps
Large caps, thick flesh, a high rate of white or patterned caps and good transport tolerance; suited to premium summer production and longer cultivation cycles.
Controlled facilities · short culture age
Strong yield and grade performance under controlled fruiting at 18–19°C, with a short culture age and straightforward management for facility cultivation.
Broad-temperature traditional schedule
Broad temperature adaptability and clear management parameters for traditional autumn inoculation and winter–spring fruiting schedules.
Early maturity · verify the batch
Early maturing, with round or large caps and positive market acceptance in reported use; confirm each batch and begin with a small trial.
Strain Comparison
| Parameter | PeiYuan No. 1 | PeiYuan No. 2 | PeiYuan No. 9 | PeiYuan No. 10 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Product positioning | Premium summer mushrooms; large, thick-fleshed and transport-tolerant | Facility temperature control, short culture age and straightforward management | Broad-temperature traditional schedule with clear management | Early production for market timing; verify first, then conduct a small-scale trial |
| Culture age / production cycle | About 120 days | 85–95 days (promotional material) | Relatively short culture age; follow the batch SOP for the exact number of days | Early maturing; follow the batch SOP for the exact number of days |
| Suitable mycelial temperature | Follow the batch SOP; published descriptions state fast, vigorous mycelial growth | 20–24℃ | 20–25℃ | follow the batch SOP |
| Fruiting temperature | Broad temperature range and heat tolerance; follow the batch SOP for upper and lower limits | 6–25°C, optimal 12–18°C; 18–19°C preferred under controlled conditions | 8–25℃ | follow the batch SOP |
| Core yield | Biological efficiency 90%–95%; a 3 kg fruiting block reportedly yields about 1.15–1.30 kg fresh mushrooms | About 742.04 g per block at 18–19°C; about 617.11 g at 22–23°C | RH at least 85%–90%, with an 8–12°C day–night temperature difference | follow the batch SOP |
| Cap / flesh | Large fruiting bodies with thick, dense and firm flesh | A+B grade mushrooms account for 87.42% at 18–19°C | About 85% | follow the batch SOP |
| Stress tolerance | Contamination resistance and heat tolerance during fruiting under facility conditions in Liaoning | Short stems, thick caps, readily patterned and relatively white | Puncture 1–2 times during incubation; after nodules cover more than two-thirds, use small vents (3–4 mm needle diameter, 3 cm deep); before browning, use larger vents (5–6 mm needle diameter, 4–5 cm deep) | Follow the batch SOP and local cultivation trials |
| Browning / management | Browning is relatively slow; allow time in the incubation and browning schedule | Strong stress and heat tolerance with straightforward management (breeding/promotional material) | Published comparative trials do not establish a high-yield conclusion; rely on local cultivation trials | Round mushroom shape / large caps (local application description) |
| Suitable season / facilities | Suitable for cooled or high-altitude summer production, or supplementary winter cultivation | Short culture age; confirm the exact time to complete browning with the supplier | Strong contamination resistance and adaptability; field observations reported no damaged bags and high mycelial activity | Good market acceptance (reported wording) |
